Request a truck.

Vehicles are provided with a recorded fuel level. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle at the required fuel level. If fuel is required after the rental, the cost to refill the vehicle will be charged to the renter. All Curbside Rentals step vans use gasoline.

A $500 credit card authorization hold is required for all rentals. This is not an additional rental charge. The authorization may be used toward applicable post-rental charges, including additional mileage, fuel, late return charges, cleaning, damage, tolls or parking, and other applicable rental charges. Any unused portion is released after the rental and assessment of any additional charges.

All drivers must meet Curbside Rentals Inc.’s driver eligibility requirements and hold a valid driver’s licence. Only authorized drivers may operate the rental vehicle. When requesting a rental, please be prepared to provide the driver’s full name, phone number, email address, licence number, licence expiry date, and issuing province or state.

Truck rentals are subject to availability. Because our fleet of trucks are delivered and collected, we need time between rentals for transportation, inspection, cleaning, and preparation. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Sunday returns are not available.

Mileage is $0.99/km. Fuel is charged at the cost required to return the vehicle to the required fuel level. Late return, excessive cleaning, damage during the rental period, and any tolls, parking fees, or related charges may also apply.

Please contact Curbside Rentals as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund of rental payments made. Requests to reschedule or transfer a booking are subject to truck availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to Curbside Rentals’ cancellation policy.
